Payment Options
We wish to make your order as simple and secure as possible. We have a number
of payment options available for you to choose from.
Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard,
Bankcard, American Express and Diners Club), Direct Deposit into our bank
account, or personal/business/bank cheques. Direct deposit and cheque payments
will be shipped once the funds are reported cleared, (may take up to 7 days to
clear).
Credit Card
We accept the following methods of credit card payment: Visa, MasterCard,
Bankcard, American Express and Diners Club. Your credit card details can either
be submitted directly through the order entry portion of this web site, or if
you prefer, leave that section blank and we will contact you for your credit
card details.
Credit Card – Online
The easiest way to order and make payment is to add items to your order with our
ecommerce shopping cart and provide your credit card details at the last stage
of the checkout process.
Credit Card – Offline
If you prefer not to provide your credit card details online, simply complete
your order online, but at the checkout, leave the credit card fields blank. You
can then give your credit card details to us by PHONE at (02) 9332 4288. Be sure
to quote your online order number so we can correctly identify your payment.

Shipping Details
We aim to dispatch goods within 2-3 days from receipt of payment. Consignment
details will be retained for tracking purposes.
Shipping and Handling Fees
The fees payable will vary according to the size and destination of your order.
It will be calculated automatically according to the items you order and your
location, and will be displayed on your order form before you place your order.
Pricing and specifications
Every effort is made to ensure that prices and specifications quoted are
current, but are subject to change without notice. Your order and pricing will
be confirmed prior to billing and shipping.
Stock Availability
All orders will be confirmed once received. If an item is out of stock, we will
notify you of your options prior to billing and shipping.
Returns Policy
Orders that are received damaged will be replaced after approval by Rainmaker,
provided they are reported to Rainmaker Management Pty Ltd within 7 days from
receipt of delivery, and returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery. Any
such claims will result in replacement of goods, or if not possible to exchange,
a refund will be issued.
Freight costs back to Rainmaker Management Pty Ltd are the responsibility of
the customer.
Privacy Policy
Rainmaker is committed to protecting the security and privacy of your
personal information.
Use of Collected Information
The information you supply will be used to process orders, respond to inquiries,
notify you of promotions and announcements if you have previously provided your
